Laboratory tests and imaging methods are used for the diagnosis and treatment of all psychological diseases and psychological problems in our Psychiatry Clinic. Serving for both outpatients and inpatients, our clinic applies medication or psychotherapy for the treatment of mental disorders.

Prevention of psychological problems before they develop, and in case of any psychiatric disorder, correct treatment play an important role for a healthy adulthood.
Our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry unit apply individual psychotherapy (psychoanalytic, supportive, cognitive behavioral therapies, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), medication and psychometric evaluations, and provides treatment services for children and adolescents between 0-18 years old.
When required, the psychologist of the unit apply some development (AGTE, Denver 2, Picture Word Test, Bender-Gestalt Visual Motor Perception Test, School Readiness Test, Metropolitan School Maturity Tests), attention ((Moxo d) -CPT Attention Performance Test) and intelligence tests (WISC-R, WISC-IV) in order to help the diagnosis of psychiatric disorders specific to childhood and adolescence. The psychological problems are identified upon these tests and the suitable treatment plan is established.
